As we all know, the illustrious Snuglow has stepped down from managing the Quill. Council has chosen me to attempt to fill her shoes, and I will do my best in that regard. But I need your help, TNO! The Quill is nothing without your submissions of artwork, stories, comics, and, of course, questions for the Council!
The deadline for the next Quill will be Tuesday, August 10th. Our theme will be summer/back-to-school. Of course, you can also use your own imagination and draw upon NEO Events -- including recently past ones like the Altador Cup!
To help get your creative juices flowing, here are the Neo Events for July and August:

We have 9 amazing entries for you to vote for and I must admit that each and every Neopet who dressed up for our Black Tie Ball themed round certainly put their best foot forward in fashion! Wow! Entries make Kaie and Krieg very happy, yes indeedy! Unfortunately we can only have one first place winner, and first place goes to panther_puma who receives a Baby FIreball (that's your very own fireball, uh-huh!). And the second place trophy goes to lucyrilke who gets a Fire Bomb for herself. It's not quite as effective as a real fireball but it works just as well. If you're ready for another one, this month's challenge is up and running, so you might want to check it out! Gathering berries, what could be more fun?
