: A souvenir from Billo's travels

To celebrate the holidays, Billopan, TNO�s faerie jubjub mascot, has decided to go on a round the world tour of Neopia! Every week he sends us a postcard with a rather cryptic message, which is actually a clue to his whereabouts. Can you figure out where Billo is?

Rules
This contest is for TNO members only. Every week Billo sends in a postcard clue to his current location. If you think you know where he is or who he is visiting, then just fill out the form below to tell us his location! Try to be as specific as possible ^_^

All of the correct answers get put into a hat and Aira picks one very lucky winner to receive a souvenir of Billo's travels!

I hear from the locals that this place is among others that were involved in an old Lost Desert plot, and this little location also, however lively, contained a hidden journal during that plot. Moreover, I�m fascinated by the varieties available here- 28 is nothing short of diverse.
