Jun 24, 2009 - Leah's notes on misssmee:

Applying For:: Asrathiel

The applicant had a very good application, despite having had a recent break from the site. I advised a couple of layout changes, such as a minor edit for the background and changing the font colour, but there wasn't much to correct! Overall it was a good application, and I really enjoyed reading the story. Best of luck to you!

Jun 24, 2009 - Leah's notes on horseluvers4life:

Applying For:: Authentix

Hollyleaf had a good application, but the font colours were a little bright for the background. I advised changing the font a little, as well as putting the content in a div to keep things neat. Overall the application was good and honest, admitting that she had traded pets in the past, but showing a good deal of dedication to Authentix.

Jun 24, 2009 - Leah's notes on kltanqua5 (Rex):

Applying for:: Charmme

Rex's application was really good- I couldn't find much to critique! Suggested a couple of minor layout changes and corrected a bit of grammar, but overall it was an excellent application. Best of luck to you Rex!

Jun 19, 2009 - Leah's notes on Place:

Applying for:: Sokkeia

Place had a very impressive application, with a massive amount of text and art! This made it somewhat difficult to read at times, as there was so much on the petpage that you could get a little lost in it. I advised a couple of layout adjustments, as it was rather difficult to read on my normal-sized screen, and I also advised the correction of some historical inaccuracies within Sokkeia's back story. Overall it was a very impressive application, and I wish the applicant good luck!

May 22, 2009 - Sara's notes on tinti84:

Applying for: Roaxin

The app was very cute, especially considering it was her first ever application! I corrected a bunch of spelling and grammar errors, and advised adding links to certain places (contents section, to accounts and petlookups, etc.) to make it more convenient for the reader. Also recommended adding more text to the section about Roxy.

May 10, 2009 - Leah's notes on vegeta_goddess_01:

Applying For:: Murkly

Lena's application was very good indeed! Her application was a delight to read, and I really enjoyed the way she integrated her awesome art into the application. There were a few minor SPAG errors and one small colour scheme issues, so I advised that they could be fixed allong with another story showing how Murkly could interact with the other pets. Lena fixed everything I suggested and even did some more art! Overall her application was fantastic- full of spirit and affection for the pet applied for. Best of luck to you Lena!

May 06, 2009 - Leah's notes on NoirMacabre:

Applying for:: LordTyrrath

Another lovely application by Daphinie! ^_^ The page was very cute but had a couple of minor coding errors which I fixed. Content was excellent and to a consistently high standard, suggested a couple of things to increase the amount but overall it was appropriately in-depth for the pet. The sentiments behind the application were honest, and the effort put in was excellent too, with lots of art that she made herself. Good luck Daphinie!

May 06, 2009 - Leah's notes on angelvigirly161:

Applying For: Cassaenova

Vi's drawings and ideas for Nova's personality and background were excellent, but there were some CSS/HTML errors, which I fixed. Her dedication for the pet was evident in her writing, and the application was fun and interesting to read. Suggested the addition of a meet-the-family section, as well as a couple of bits of extra art (her background image was lovely, so I suggested she should use her pro drawing skills more), and corrected a few typos/grammatical mistakes. Overall a delightful application that was good to read and showed a lot of effort. Good luck Vi!

Apr 22, 2009 - minimarshamallo's notes on michellejkittie:

Pet Applied for: Siaiu.

Jenn shows obvious affection and thoughtfulness in her application for Siaiu. Her back story for her is one of the most comprehensive for a pet that I've seen in awhile. The application reads nicely and had almost no typos that I could help her with. I offered some advice on things to do to the layout to make it look a little nicer but really not too much I could comment on. Good Luck Jenn! <3

Apr 20, 2009 - minimarshamallo's notes on kitkat3787:

Pet Applied for: Castellere

Kat's application was simple, yet effective. No flashy graphics or artwork, but a nicely worded application that shows dedication and affection to Cas. She's also got a great background story and character developed that I enjoyed alot! Helped with a few typos and gave a few ideas on things to be improved layout-wise. Otherwise very well done Kat! Good luck!

Apr 17, 2009 - minimarshamallo's notes on the_psychic_slayer:

Pet Applied for: Lord_Spirithos

Leah's application was quite lovely. It wasn't too wordy or lengthy - a really pleasant read with alot of spirit and love in it. The layout is well-done and nice to look at. That being said I offered some help with some misspellings and little typos along with a few suggestions on things she could add. But there wasnt too much I could comment on - it's an excellent application that shows alot of effort and thought. Good Luck Leah! ^_^

Apr 17, 2009 - Leah's notes on bon_dizzle:

Applying for:: Cubay

A good application, showing that the applicant was dedicated to the pet, despite the restrictions imposed on her by the fosterparent's rules. Artwork and layout were good, so I concentrated on improving the flow through the application and advising changes to existing content that could improve the application whilst still adhering to the fosterparent's rules. Also advised a minor account-tidying change, as well as adding some extra content by way of poems and story plans.

Apr 14, 2009 - Sara's notes on lrella:

Applying for: Kureijii

I felt that the application certainly showed that Bee cares for Kureijii a lot, but it was a bit lacking in other areas. For example, she had mentioned a lot about writing and drawing plans for him, but had only included a small story in the app itself. I recommended adding more to the creative side of the application to show that she means business with her future plans. I also corrected some spelling and grammar errors which popped up throughout the app.

Apr 05, 2009 - Sara's notes on outcast_shadow:

Applying for: Lord_Spirithos

There were a fair few SPAG errors; I tried to pick them all up. Other than that, the one main critique I had to give was that Spirit needed a clear character and background story. Leila had indeed written a story which was a great start, but it seemed to be a combination of at least five separate strands of individual histories, which made for a very convoluted and confusing character that lacked any clarity with regards to Spirit's true persona. I recommended that she should pick one or two of these story strands to work with and develop them into something more distinct so that Spirit could have a clear story to his name.

Apr 02, 2009 - Leah's notes on NoirMacabre:

Applying for:: Nasarate

The applicant has made a really cute application, with original art and layout as well as an interesting basis for future RP with the pet. However, it seemed to me as if there was some content missing- so I advised the addition of a couple of sections, as well as a couple of minor SPAG corrections. If the applicant heeds my advice, this could end up being a very special application indeed!

Apr 02, 2009 - Leah's notes on angelvigirly161:

Applying for:: Bluebell00724

A cute application that showed the applicant's love for Bluebell! The application was well written with only a couple of SPAG errors, and was interesting and enjoyable to read. Advised the addition of some graphics, after which she added the lovely picture of Bluebell, as well as some proof of plans. Also advised adding petlookups for her current pets, which the applicant has done, adding details of their personalities as well. The applicant worked really hard, and did really well for a second application ever! Good luck!

Mar 28, 2009 - Sara's notes on chartreise:

Applying for: Insincero

A very good application. There were some spelling mistakes and structural errors with sentences throughout the app which I corrected, but apart from that the story was fantastic - unique, well-written and clearly thought out in great detail. Great balance between creative stuff about Insincero and stuff about herself. I was also very impressed with how she managed to intertwine his story with the stories of her own current permies. So yeah, on the whole a fantastic application!

Mar 27, 2009 - Sara's notes on Aquilinna:

Applying for: Siveira

There were only a few technical errors so I gave her some general pointers on things to correct when doing her next read through of the entire app. The main recommendation I had to give was to make sure that she comes up with a unique story for Siv. She already had a nice story about Siv going UFA, but the foster parent had specified in her rules that 80% of her decision would be based on the creative design, and I didn't see much in this area in the application. I advised her to think up a character for Siv and write a bit about it before she sends the app in.

Mar 19, 2009 - Sara's notes on jeany210:

Applying for: Lyiine

A very nice app with all the creative features that you'd hope to see in an application for a Faerie Xwee - art, design, character, story; she had it all! There were a number of SPAG errors (she seemed to have issues with misplaced/repeated words and fragmented sentences) which I corrected, and I also mentioned that the structuring of the sections seemed a bit odd, but apart from that the application was great!

Mar 18, 2009 - Sara's notes on Twilights_trinity:

Applying for: Costis

There were a few SPAG errors scattered throughout the app which I corrected. Other than that, the application was pretty good! She had stuck very close to the questionnaire which meant that perhaps there was not as much about Costis as there could have been, so I recommended adding a bit more creative writing/art to her app. However, I felt this wasn't absolutely necessary to do, since her current permies have clearly got well defined personalities and character development. A very solid application on the whole.

Tanith the Caffeinated Pixie!
Pixie Spotlight
(Tanith)

"QUIET!" bellows the pixie as she stands proudly on the roof. "We must share our overcaffeinated joy with with rest of Neopia -- or else we'll overdose on it ourselves!" "WEEEE!" screech the pteri and flotsam in response, as the wocky glares at them with disdain. The peophin nods calmly, and marches inside to grab some cups and supplies.

Kaie says:

"First of all I'd like to say that the Stock Market is not a fast way to earn NP, but one that will most likely give you a good profit given a good period of time. Around Neopia there are three general rules when going about the Stock Market..."
