May 24, 2010 - Leah's notes on comet55525:
Applying For: Cazar
Ookami's application was excellent, showing an in-depth and interesting character and story for Cazar. I spotted a few grammatical or spelling errors, which I suggested changing, but on the whole there was very little for me to do other than delight in the wonderful prose! I'm sure the competition will be fierce, but I hope that Ookami does well as there's clearly been a lot of effort and thought put into the application. Best of luck, Ookami! |
May 24, 2010 - Leah's notes on maxi181:
Applying For:: Jepasora
This was a good beginning to an application, with plans and ideas for the pet. I suggested some account tidying and using a premade layout to spice it up a little.
Good luck Maxi! |
May 24, 2010 - Leah's notes on Lisoata:
Applying For:: mmayyh
Lisoata's application was very cute and simple, with a good amount of effort put into it. I suggested a few sentences to be reworded and a minor layout modification, but overall it was a good application with good dedication shown by the applicant.
Good luck Lisoata! |
Jan 18, 2010 - Leah's notes on juliet14022:
Applying For:: Cleii
Juliet had a very cute application, with clear dedication to Cleii! It was easy to read with no grammatical or spelling mistakes. I advised a couple of tweaks including account tidying and providing proof of her plans, but overall it was a solid application with a good amount of effort and dedication to the pet. Good luck Juliet! |
Nov 28, 2009 - Leah's notes on rawkage:
Applying For:: Seoire
Kittix's application was very long and detailed, impressively so! It was punctuated with wonderful drawings, both by Kittix herself and by her friends and acquaintances. However, the resolution of the layout was somewhat impractically large, so I advised shrinking it a little, perhaps. I also advised a little account/ petlookup tidying, but nothing major.
Overall a fantastic application, and I wish the applicant the best of luck for her second time around applying for the pet. |
Oct 14, 2009 - Leah's notes on pantalets:
Applying For:: Remmeo
Pantalets made a good start to the application, with reasonable amounts of art and content. However, there were quite a few spelling and grammatical mistakes, so I suggested that she should run the application through a spell-checker. Additionally, some of Pantalets's pets needed a little attention, so I advised some account tidying as well. Overall a solid start to an application, which could be very good with a little polish. ^^ Good luck Pantalets! |
Oct 10, 2009 - Leah's notes on _cinnamon_105:
Applying For:: Ginadii
Cinnamon's application was quite different to those usually observed for RG pets, and I really enjoyed it because of this! I spotted one sentence that should be reworded and suggested the addition of some more art/content, but there was very little that I could spot to change. Best of luck Cinnamon; your application was great! |
Oct 02, 2009 - Leah's notes on ashleemariexx:
Applying For:: Lojity
Ashlee's application had a good layout and some cute art, but was somewhat lacking in the content department. I advised her to look at an application guide and to add more content to flesh out her application. I also suggested that she should feed up her pets and customize their petlookups a little, as they seemed a bit bare to me. ^^ |
Sep 12, 2009 - Leah's notes on ambertherabbit:
Applying For:: Krawkykool
Amber's application was near-perfect- I could find very little to correct! It read wonderfully, her plans were well thought-out, and Raw's design was beautiful. I love how Raw's character was based on ancient history and archaeology; it brought a new dimension to the application for me. Amazing job- and best of luck to you Amber! |
Jul 29, 2009 - Leah's notes on mystic_zelda284:
Applying For:: Badboy57525
Zelda made a very nice application, with lots of lovely art. I advised some grammatical corrections, as well as increasing the amount of detail on his personality. Good luck Zelda! ^_^ |
Jul 26, 2009 - Sara's notes on astriago:
Applying for: Abextra
Corrected a few SPAG errors but mostly it read well. The app was a solid start but I still thought it was a bit short in terms of character development so I recommended she add a bit more to the story and maybe a bit of art to show that she means business with her BC plans. |
Jun 24, 2009 - Leah's notes on misssmee:
Applying For:: Asrathiel
The applicant had a very good application, despite having had a recent break from the site. I advised a couple of layout changes, such as a minor edit for the background and changing the font colour, but there wasn't much to correct! Overall it was a good application, and I really enjoyed reading the story. Best of luck to you! |
Jun 24, 2009 - Leah's notes on horseluvers4life:
Applying For:: Authentix
Hollyleaf had a good application, but the font colours were a little bright for the background. I advised changing the font a little, as well as putting the content in a div to keep things neat. Overall the application was good and honest, admitting that she had traded pets in the past, but showing a good deal of dedication to Authentix. |
Jun 24, 2009 - Leah's notes on kltanqua5 (Rex):
Applying for:: Charmme
Rex's application was really good- I couldn't find much to critique! Suggested a couple of minor layout changes and corrected a bit of grammar, but overall it was an excellent application. Best of luck to you Rex! |
Jun 19, 2009 - Leah's notes on Place:
Applying for:: Sokkeia
Place had a very impressive application, with a massive amount of text and art! This made it somewhat difficult to read at times, as there was so much on the petpage that you could get a little lost in it. I advised a couple of layout adjustments, as it was rather difficult to read on my normal-sized screen, and I also advised the correction of some historical inaccuracies within Sokkeia's back story. Overall it was a very impressive application, and I wish the applicant good luck! |
May 22, 2009 - Sara's notes on tinti84:
Applying for: Roaxin
The app was very cute, especially considering it was her first ever application! I corrected a bunch of spelling and grammar errors, and advised adding links to certain places (contents section, to accounts and petlookups, etc.) to make it more convenient for the reader. Also recommended adding more text to the section about Roxy. |
May 10, 2009 - Leah's notes on vegeta_goddess_01:
Applying For:: Murkly
Lena's application was very good indeed! Her application was a delight to read, and I really enjoyed the way she integrated her awesome art into the application. There were a few minor SPAG errors and one small colour scheme issues, so I advised that they could be fixed allong with another story showing how Murkly could interact with the other pets. Lena fixed everything I suggested and even did some more art! Overall her application was fantastic- full of spirit and affection for the pet applied for. Best of luck to you Lena! |
May 06, 2009 - Leah's notes on NoirMacabre:
Applying for:: LordTyrrath
Another lovely application by Daphinie! ^_^ The page was very cute but had a couple of minor coding errors which I fixed. Content was excellent and to a consistently high standard, suggested a couple of things to increase the amount but overall it was appropriately in-depth for the pet. The sentiments behind the application were honest, and the effort put in was excellent too, with lots of art that she made herself. Good luck Daphinie! |
May 06, 2009 - Leah's notes on angelvigirly161:
Applying For: Cassaenova
Vi's drawings and ideas for Nova's personality and background were excellent, but there were some CSS/HTML errors, which I fixed. Her dedication for the pet was evident in her writing, and the application was fun and interesting to read. Suggested the addition of a meet-the-family section, as well as a couple of bits of extra art (her background image was lovely, so I suggested she should use her pro drawing skills more), and corrected a few typos/grammatical mistakes. Overall a delightful application that was good to read and showed a lot of effort. Good luck Vi! |
Apr 22, 2009 - minimarshamallo's notes on michellejkittie:
Pet Applied for: Siaiu.
Jenn shows obvious affection and thoughtfulness in her application for Siaiu. Her back story for her is one of the most comprehensive for a pet that I've seen in awhile. The application reads nicely and had almost no typos that I could help her with. I offered some advice on things to do to the layout to make it look a little nicer but really not too much I could comment on. Good Luck Jenn! <3 |
