Every Neopet deserves an owner's love!

And we're sticking by it! In case you haven't caught on yet, I'm Billopan, the loveable winged mascot. My owner divisor founded this organization to help unfortunate Neopets who have been abandoned by their owners find new homes. Here's how it works. Members of this guild adopt Neopets (generally at level 1 with minimal stats) from the Pound to be taken care of, fed and treated for illnesses. In the meantime, we provide them the training they need and/or zap them to attract a larger number of potential permanent owners. We also keep them quite entertained at our Mall, the Pixie Gathering, and with many fun events -- much better than the dank, dreary Pound, if you ask me. Plus, I'm a lot of fun too.

Our official mission

To free all Neopets from loneliness, depression, and unhappiness. To let every Neopet feel loved by their owners for who they are. And while we cannot eradicate the Pound, we can send a message to all of Neopia declaring that abandoning Neopets (and pets otherwise) is cruel and unacceptable, and reponsible owners everywhere are not going to take this lying down.

We can't do it alone

Though this is a costly crusade, we feel that it is a worthy enough cause to pursue. However, you can help! By supporting TNO, our foster owners can afford to buy Codestones, Dubloons, Paint Brushes, Neggs, Books, and other items that will improve our adoptees' stats, thereby increasing their chances of being received. Though we realize our small contribution is dwarfed by the sheer number of abandoned pets in Neopia, we hope this service will encourage owners everywhere to adopt more and abandon less -- Neopets and otherwise. Thank you for your time.
